Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders for in stock items received by 3pm EST will ship the same day they are placed.  This does not include orders which include a racquet that needs to be strung before shipping-these orders may take as much as 48 hours before shipping.’

 

Orders received after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped by the next day.

 

We are open seven (7) days a week but are closed for some holidays.  If you order is placed or would have shipped on a holiday it will be processed on our next regular business day. 

 

We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to: closures due to weather or emergency situations, shipping provider delays, out of stock items on special orders. 

 

If there are any issues or delays with an order you will receive an email from Serious Tennis with an update within 24 hours of placing your order. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the items in your order and which service you choose and will be displayed at checkout.  We offer shipping with USPS and UPS.

 

Free shipping can be applied to any order over $99 before tax (if applicable) by using the code freeshippingover99 when you checkout.  This code cannot be applied after the fact to an order.  Free shipping will not apply to oversized or heavy items such as cases of balls and ball machines.

 

You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.  

 

Delivery timeframe will vary based on the service chosen.  You may use the tools found on the UPS or USPS webpages to estimate the delivery timeframe to your location. 

 

You may also choose Store Pickup as an option when you checkout.  These orders will be available for pickup in as little as 2 hours unless the order includes a racquet that needs to be strung before pickup in which case your pickup time may be as much as 48 hours after your order is received.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email confirmation when we process your order and/or an email with tracking information when your order ships.  

Damages

Serious Tennis not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Shipping

As outlined in our return policy return shipping is at the cost of the customer.  Items can also be returned in store.

International Shipping Policy

At this time we are unable to ship outside of the United States.
